About the role

This is a great role for someone with a strong administrative and customer facing background, who is now looking to make a move into a client management position and gain a wealth of knowledge and experience from a highly successful team. There is also a defined progression plan for the right person. Totara is the key software system we support.

About you

You'll need experience of organising and coordinating business processes, activities and administrative tasks, and of liaising with customers. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you should be able to liaise confidently with people at all levels, and you'll need to be able to plan and prioritise with a focus on deadlines.

You'll have an intelligent approach to identifying and solving problems, with a proactive attitude and ability to think laterally.  Remaining calm under pressure, you must be comfortable handling several threads of work simultaneously, being able to apply accuracy and attention to detail at all times. Finally, with good skills in using Microsoft Office applications, you should more generally be interested in technology, particularly online software systems.
