About the role

As a Service Delivery Executive, you will effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of our products, projects and services. You will establish and maintain data systems and develop and implement associated procedures.

The role also requires you to provide advice, guidance and support for a sphere of activities, including on-the-job training, supporting the team, colleagues and customers. Finally, you evaluate and monitor projects and project activity to meet and continuously improve process and quality standards.

About you

To succeed in this role you’ll need strong IT skills and experience in using systems. You’re most likely to come from a project management type background and you need have excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to achieve demanding deadlines. You’ll need attention to detail and must be able to solve problems effectively.
