Operations Assessment Administrator
In this role you'll provide high quality and sustainable administrative support to the ILM Assessment team, which will help ensure the effective and efficient management of assessment services and the delivery of strategic objectives.
This role is based at our Burntwood, near Lichfield offices and is offered on the basis of a 6 month fixed term contract.
About the role
You will be providing a high quality and sustainable administrative support to the Assessment Service in order to facilitate the effective and efficient management of assessment services and the delivery of strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to queries within established service level agreements
- Logging suspected cases of plagiarism, collusion and cheating and maintaining case records
- Logging and updating records in relation to quality incidents
- Logging and updating enquiries in relation to Enquiries and Appeals
- Effective liaison with Assessors and Lead Assessors
- Ensuring outcomes of assessment decisions are accurately recorded on Walled Garden
- Supporting the Assessment Co-ordinator in the allocation of assessments, ensuring work instructions are current and supporting with strategic projects.
You will be happy to take on responsibility, using your excellent organisational skills to ensure you meet deadlines and maintain the highest level of quality. You will be working as part of a team dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and customers. You will have strong IT skills and significant experience in administration with a high standard of oral and written communication skills.
