Learning Content Scriptwriter

This role could easily suit a recent graduate with a passion for eLearning and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite, full training will be provided.
We're flexible about the location of this role, but you'll need to be within commuting distance of one of our main office hubs - Brighton, London, Burntwood (near Lichfield), Warrington, or Wakefield.
This appointment will be made on merit.

About the role
You'll get to work close-up with our clients to learn about their world and design their online training. You'll team up with some of the best graphic artists, technical people and learning designers in the business to develop your ideas with visual and verbal vavavoom.
You'll need to understand clients’ business, performance, and training requirements. You will then ensure scripts are written in line with all agreed objectives and style guides, as well as the agreed treatment and scope as per the Design document. Finally, you'll brief other members of the production team based on the script.
You'll need great writing and editing skills, and be able to write in a range of tones and styles as well as the ability to write about a range of different subjects.
You must be enthusiastic, flexible and comfortable working at a fast-pace, sometimes on multiple projects. it's also really important that you can engage and communicate with clients, manage expectations, and express ideas and thinking persuasively and clearly.
