About the role

We're looking for an experienced insight manager to join the Corporate Learning marketing team at the City & Guilds Group. This is a key appointment that will help drive and shape the business' global growth. You will be accountable for understanding the requirements and opportunities of our marketplace – representing customer, partner and competitor activity as well as market and technological trends.

You'll advise on relevant ways to engage with the audience based on the results of research, which will be both internal and external. You will play a vital role in our customer experience and insight programme, helping to set up an insight framework and support customer experience improvements across the Group.

About you

You'll have the proven ability to conduct market research to inform the development of new products and services.  Comfortable working independently and as part of a global marketing team, this new role within the marketing function will give you the opportunity to inform the strategic direction of the business as it grows.

With a naturally inquisitive mindset, you'll need excellent analytical skills from which your insights are formed. You'll have a thorough understanding of B2B marketing, and your skill set will likely include exposure to global and professional services marketing.
