About the role

As the Development Domain Consultant CRM you will be responsible for technical development initiatives associated to the CRM functional area. You will be the main source of key knowledge associated to Microsoft Dynamics CRM related solutions within the Group Development Team.

Your main focus will be the integration Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other 3rd party systems, so you will need to be able to manage and engage 3rd party suppliers as well as build strong rapport with key stakeholders from developers to senior managers and directors.

You’ll be leading a number of projects, seeing them right through to delivery so you must possess excellent leadership and communication skills in order to deliver these to the business. You’ll also need to understand the strategic roadmaps directors have designed and advise on how we are able to achieve this using your expert knowledge.

About You

We want to hear from experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM domain experts, with a background in managing projects from ‘idea to delivery’.

You will have experience working proficiently as a Techno functional, Business Analyst or functional consultant ideally in an educational setting, with a proven track record in managing medium to large complex requirements/projects, often working with multidisciplinary teams and internal stakeholders. You will have the ability to apply standard business analysis approaches to the specific requirement of a project.

The successful applicant will be a commercially strong individual with a solid and successful track record in CRM domain with experience of delivering projects in such environments. You'll be passionate about providing exceptional customer experience and service and be a natural when it comes to relationship management.

You’ll be joining a passionate, experienced and fast paced team of 4 reporting into the Development Domain Consultant Team Lead. The team splits out projects by function, so each of you will be focusing on your own projects within the function assigned to you. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work autonomously, is organised and can manage their own workload effectively. Your manager will be able to support you when needed, but ultimately you’ll be responsible for the success of our integration projects.
