Senior Finance Business Partner

As part of our finance transformation, we are seeking to put in place a team of finance business partners to support the business in providing analysis and business insight to make sound financial and commercial decisions. 

This Senior Finance Business Partner will primarily support the Executive Director of Customer Solutions for our Channel Partners business to grow our customer base and revenues.

About the role

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in commercial teams is key to success in this role. You primary purpose is to support the Executive Director of Customer Solutions for our Channel Partners business to grow our customer base and revenue. This will involve working closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and deliver opportunities for new business, customer growth and retention. 

You will also be expected to provide an appropriate level of challenge to stakeholders to ensure that objectives and targets are met. You will need to work with others in the team in order to present a single view of revenue that clearly presents revenue across the product portfolio as well as indicating what change is driven by; product/portfolio changes; customer wins/losses/growth, market dynamics.

About you

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in a sales or commercial finance business partnering role possessing proficient commercial acumen and analytical skills. Naturally, this role would suit a problem solver that has a positive attitude and a can do approach. 

Your accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) will provide a deep understanding and proficiency of management accounting whilst your softer skills will bring a personable approach to financial management, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the organisation at all levels.
