Project Co-ordinator Apprentice

The Project Co-ordinator Apprentice role sits within our partner brand- Kineo. Kineo is a global, award-winning, innovative elearning company that provides effective elearning, learning portals and learning management systems (LMSs) to the worldwide corporate market. Kineo support clients all over the world and we’ve got offices in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the US.

The role is in the Learning Content team, which specialises in eLearning but also designs and delivers other types of learning as part of blended solutions. The Project Co-ordinator will need to support the project team in the successful delivery of projects.

About the role

You will be working with our clients and the digital learning team, alongside project managers and project teams including graphic artists, learning designers, solutions consultants and technical consultants. You will help the team to deliver digital learning courses and assets to the clients' requirements, budgets and schedules.

You'll work closely with project managers to provide administrative and other support to help with the smooth running of projects. As well as ensuring the project budgets and schedules are accurately maintained.

 About you

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  •   Ability to plan and prioritise in order to meet deadlines
  •   Ability to multi task
  •   Accuracy and attention to detail
  •   MS Office - Word and Excel
  •   Awareness of and comfort working with technology

About the Apprenticeship Offer

20% of your time is allocated toward your advanced apprenticeship and may include formal study with our training provider, presenting with the apprentice ambassador programme or self directed learning using our digital learning programmes or coaching and mentoring from across the team.
