Operations Services Administrator

This is an exciting role within the Operations Team, working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You'll provide high quality and sustainable administrative services to the Operations Directorate, which will help maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of exam management.

This role is based in our Burntwood, near Lichfield office. It is offered as a maternity cover role, which is expected to be of between 9 and 12 months duration.

About The Role

Some of your key responsibilities will include maintaining systems and workflows in relation to examination administration, supporting the operational delivery of assessment services, and supporting the business with key contracts. You'll also be responsible for maintaining service delivery and performance levels and responding quickly and efficiently to customer queries and issues. 

About You

To succeed in this role you’re likely to have existing administrative experience and you’ll need strong IT skills, especially around Word and Excel. You’ll be comfortable taking responsibility, and will have excellent organisational skills that will ensure you meet deadlines and maintain the highest level of quality.

You’ll need good team working skills and be able to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and customers. The ability to communicate accurately and effectively, both verbally and in writing are key, as is the ability to analyse issues and solve problems.
