Head of Marketing - Maternity Cover

Kineo is a leader in corporate elearning, trusted by organisations around the world to deliver outstanding learning experiences.  We operate globally across two key product lines, Bespoke Content and Platform.  We also run a successful Courses business in APAC.

In this role you will lead marketing activities for our Bespoke Content and Platform offers, developing and delivering engaging, effective and targeted content across multiple channels that drives traffic, and ultimately sales and market share.  

We're flexible about the location of this role, but you need to be within reasonable commuting distance of either London or Brighton. This role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract or secondment, to cover maternity leave.

This appointment will be made on merit.

About the role

This role will form part of the Kineo Global senior leadership team, working in partnership to ensure Kineo drives to a sustainable and successful future. You will lead marketing activities for our Bespoke Content and Platform offers, developing and delivering engaging, effective and targeted content across multiple channels that drives traffic and ultimately market share.

As a partner to our regionally-led campaign teams, you’ll help ensure consistency of tone, message and voice across all our customer-facing marketing activity.  And as an experienced marketing executive, you’ll provide functional leadership to marketing colleagues throughout Kineo, regardless of their reporting lines, to ensure we have an engaged, energised and committed team.

About you

Your application must be able to demonstrate a breadth and depth of understanding of the learning technology and wider learning and development market. You'll also have a thorough understanding of B2B marketing, and experience of global marketing or professional services marketing
We'll need to see that you have a proven track record in creative thinking, to identify new marketing approaches. You'll also need to be able to show us that you can effectively manage and implement website strategies and SEO, direct and digital marketing (in particular, content and social media marketing). You'll need a natural flair and talent for content development and copywriting. Your communication and project management skills will need to be really strong as well.
