Global Platforms Product Owner

Across Kineo’s global operations, this new and exciting opportunity will product manage enterprise platforms and learning management systems. You’ll also work closely with other global product owners to ensure a joined up strategy across client facing platforms and between other services in the business, such as library and bespoke content.

You’ll continually review and develop our platforms to meet the needs of learners, managers and businesses and to take advantage of the opportunities new technologies bring. The focus throughout is on effective learning and development, achieved through high engagement and driven by a great user experience. This will be reinforced by measurable impact on individual, team, and organisational performance.

This role could be based in any of our locations for instance the UK, Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, the US.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for Totara and Moodle and partner products such as Curatr, Learning Locker, and Magpie / Filtered. However, products in scope will evolve.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Defining and continuously improving a Global Operating Model for your products and services, delivering a strategy and enables each region to achieve its targets
  • Ensuring a robust strategy and road map for Kineo’s platforms offering to customers in the enterprise market
  • Developing a robust methodology and road map for the products and services, including a global load balancing model to drive quality, efficiencies, and margin
  • Managing a hosting and support/help desk service for these platforms, including a global model to drive new customer services, quality, efficiencies, and margin
  • Leading a global team that develops products and services in line with proposition and product road maps
  • Supporting regional Product representatives.

About you

With a detailed understanding and proven experience of technology product management, your expertise will extend across product or service. With strong commercial focus, you will have the ability to effectively lead and inspire teams. The role also requires excellent stakeholder management skills, and you must be able to work collaboratively on a global basis.
