Customer Service Advisors

About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll work closely with colleagues in your team, and will be passionate and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience with each and every interaction. You’ll need to be able to work flexibly and take every opportunity to “wow” our customers, by meeting – if not exceeding – service standards. Making sure that you maintain the high standards that drive our brand, you’ll share your knowledge and understanding, and manage yourself against agreed service standards.
These are full time roles, working 35 hours a week between the hours of 0800 and 1800, Monday to Friday.
To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor you’ll need to be a great team player. You must have the proven ability to deliver great customer service, both over the telephone and via email, and you’ll need a really high level of attention to detail. You must be passionate about developing yourself and be committed to working to the highest standards. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be fully familiar with using technology in a customer service environment.
