Customer Sales Executive
Are you a proven sales or telesales professional wanting better career development opportunities? Or do you have great communication skills, a desire to succeed, and are trying to move into sales? Then our Customer Sales Executive role could be just what you’re looking for! As a global leader in skills development, we’re also an organisation with real social purpose, and we’re a great place to work!
This role could work out of either or Belfast OR Wakefield offices.
About the role
Our role combines existing account management with new business development, dealing mainly with our business and educational customers over the telephone. You’ll work to defined sales strategies, delivering our suite of existing, as well as new products and services. Our product range includes market leading learning materials, digital and e-portfolio products.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving performance targets and pipeline activity through managing a caseload of customers, predominantly via the telephone
- Supporting customers across our product range, providing demonstrations and solutions to suit their needs
- Analysing and reporting trends and insights, to drive business decisions and continuous improvement
- Working collaboratively with colleagues from across sales teams and the wider business to bring the right expertise to the customer.
You’ll need outstanding business development and account management skills, and a real passion for sales. With excellent interpersonal skills, you need to be able to manage customers over the telephone, meet and exceed targets and KPIs, and deliver a great customer experience.
Whilst by no means essential, knowledge of the education and training sector would be useful, as would existing experience ofselling eLearning and digital products. However, more important than this is your desire to continually develop yourself and achieve your objectives.
