Administrator (12 months FTC)

City & Guilds Group are looking to hire a proactive Administrator to join the Development team. This is a full time, 12 month contract in which you will support the business by carrying out a wide range of administrative activities. 

Administrators play a crucial role in our fast-paced Development & Assessment department. They are responsible for various administrative tasks ranging from providing clear customer support, processing documentation and using systems to monitor a range of activities. It will be you that helps to support the wider team to meet deadlines and maintain quality.  

The role will be based out of one of our office hubs: Warrington, London, Burntwood, Brighton, Wakefield. We are currently predominantly working away from the office, and this is something which may continue.

This appointment will be made on merit.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of the Assessment & Development team as an Administrator here at City & Guilds.

As an Administrator you will assist in the development, production and maintenance of various materials. Working closely with the wider team, you will provide advice and support to both internal and external stakeholders. You will use a variety of systems and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement in current processes.

About you

In order to come in and make a real impact in this role, we want to hear from individuals who have strong planning and organisational skills. We are looking for those candidates who have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines without supervision. Our Administrators have great attention to detail and are confident in using a variety of IT systems.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone who has a passion for supporting the team and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
